1) Our accredited producers can make plastic cards with at least 50% recycled plastic. Simply specify that you require the maximum amount of recycled material to be used and our producers will initiate this production.
2) We can produce an Envirocards™ accredited card carrying a recyclable hologram. The combination of this and the unique production number on the top of the right hand side of the card pinpoints the cards as having a deposit paid on the card. On expiry or replacement this card can be returned to the producer. Some producers even supply an Envirocards.com.au recycle bin at the club or company entrance in order to return the card. Upon recieving confirmation that the cards have been returned, Envirocards™ then pays the company the deposit on the cards. This deposit could also be paid to an environmental organisation, or to a charity of their choice.
The Envirocards Hologram
This unique hologram incorporated at the time of manufacture is your guarantee of member accreditation and that the card can be returned to be recycled. It’s unique production characteristics means that it is fraud and tamper evident. The card also carries a unique production batch number further identifying the card. This hologram is your guarantee the card can be returned and further that the card deposit will be repaid.
